If you ride a motorcycle as I do I'm sure you have been frustrated by traffic signals that don't "see" the bike, due to the lack of metal mass.
Would placeing a large magnet under the frame of the bike help? My thought is that the field of the magnet would interact with the field of the induction loop, causeing it to trip the controller.
