In the 1st pic, Is that PVC just stuck into that panel?
The 2nd pic, the paint on the outlet gives away it was scabbed from someplace else (someone's garage? ) I'm trying really hard to tell how it's hooked onto that 4S or 5S box. The blank of the front of the box doesn't appear to completely cover the front... Hmmmm.. Did any of those maintenance guys fess up to creating this mess?
