I have also seen the 4 box extensions.. once and only once.. To comment on that point about some guys not getting any better- yes it's true and for most of these types that I have seen, the "improvement" ends at about the second day of employment or the first paycheck, whichever comes first... Amazing that they last in the trade, some of them...
