I don't see any problem here. That pipe was installed to keep the circuit breakers warm. I would like to know what is those barrels? Anything that might burn? or go BOOM? Like gas or paint or chemicals that shouldn't be stored in an electrical room? As for the height of that breaker, it is not meant for a short electrician like me. My 6'6" helper might be able to reach it, or else I would have to stand on his shoulders. Also what about workspace clearence in front of that other yellow disconnect? What kind of room are we talking about over there?
