First of all, they're "Tomic", not tomac. (Also, it's "Thomas & Betts") They're the old-fashioned 2-piece steel clamps with two screws we come across during sevice upgrades.
As for cable quantity, check with the manufacturer to be sure, but here's what I've found through experience:
I once had to remove one cable (14-2 or 12-2) from each Halex pop-in plastic connector in a panel. I had put in three each, but the inspector said they're only rated for two each.
Just for fun, I checked with Halex, and they told me they're rated for one cable each. That's it. I chose to not say anything to the inspector the next day.
Larger connectors are for larger cables, and not for a larger quantity of cables. So, if you're asking how many cables are allowed, as opposed to how many will fit, I'd have to say one, one, and one.
