But...250.32(B)(2) say continuous metallic paths BONDED to the grounding system in both buildings.

Annunciator wiring would not create this metalic path alone...unless it was installed in RMC for instance.

You see the concern is not to create a 2nd path for neutral current between the 2 buildings.

If theres a Neutral Or a Ground wire in the Annunciator run, theres a Parallel path right.
Cause if theres even a gr. wire, and neutral is grounded at the second building you"d have a parallel neutral.

Youpersup...George said there were no parallel paths.

I'm not familar with annunciator wiring, but if the annunciator wiring had a grounding conductor that was bonded to the grounding system at both buildings or structures, then there would be a parallel path.
