I was referred here by my brother sparky.

You mean Steve M? LOL!

That's great! So are there any other siblings on here together?

One of my employees found the site and told me about it. I think it's a great forum to bounce problems and ideas off each other to get another point of view.

I can't remember how I found my way here, but I'm glad I did, and appreciate being allowed to be part of it.

Thanks to all

I found this place doing a Google search for electrical safety. I have become hooked on this place and spend FAR too much time on it at work. It is hard to explain to someone who walks by why you are laughing at the computer. Have learned much and maybe helped out a teensy weensy bit.

On a personal level I would like to thank all of you this week. My son has been sick since Tuesday and I have been at home with him all week. Not only was I home with him, I had to stay in the same room with him. He is autistic so he has a hard time expressing himself. I have spent a lot of time on the forum this week and it has helped entertain me while the Toon Dinsey channel was on the TV all day long. It was especially satifying to see the compassion for Virgil.

I still am not sure if I should be posting here because I am the safety guy at work and not an electrician. But everyone has been so accomodating and has been said before the members here do run the gamut. So I guess I can stay.

Once again thanks to all.
Scott

I found this place through a websearch on google.

I love the experience/knowledge base that a group like this can provide. No matter what you are thinking about doing....someone out there has done it before and made all the mistakes. Learning from other's experience is priceless!

The best tip I've gotten from ECN to date??
Using a plastic baggie for blowing a pull-string through conduit. It works everytime!

I found this site through a link from a fictional web site that I seen in EC Magazine. Cant remember the name of the web site but it was funny.

I too check in a few times a day, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, when I get home from work.

I have the forum set as my home page and I wish that I found it years ago.

The chance to share the information that we do is PRICELESS!! And yes, this is a great group of people.
