sorry Joe, I have been busy. I went back, and It was on A and C. It was a 3 PH 4 wire 120/208V wye. I had to move some bigger loads around, and put another 3 phase panel, but I got the loads to :56amps on A, 49 on B, and 60 on C. That was as good as it got. After I got stuff moved around, the current readings where as they should be. So I really think it must have been some cancellation from the routing of the feeders in the gutter.
