Can you mount a wiremold receptacle, face down, on the bottom of a peninsular counter that doesn't have a horizontal surface within 6" of the edge of the counter? How about a boxed in receptacle under the edge (Inverted tombstone) facing out. What if the peninsula had a horizontal lip on the end or sides deep enough for a receptacle?
I don't really know the answer, just speculating about at the things that are unspecified. These peninsulas without a real support "base", either cantilevered or on legs, are always thought provoking.
