One of two things comes to mind. First, the electric utility engineer thought he was enforcing the correct rules for a particular situation and no one took him to task about his references. Second, he was enforcing his standards for service. In either case, it sounds like he was off base.

It sounds like you are intending to take three separate services from the electric utility and still feed the two smaller buildings from the larger one. Surely this is not true, is it? [Linked Image]
