I think the GE is actually a 200 Amp main breaker.
The FPE's may be "late model". The old FPE's had yellow UL labels until they had their "falling out". When they were allowed back on the market again, (reportedly after some payola) they had a dark pink UL label.
BTW, Schneider still produces Stabloks, under the name "Federal Pioneer".
