I am one of those Jersey guys, and my excuse for not posting sooner, is that I didn't see this post and I have been here on a hit and miss bases lately.
As for the energy code, does this apply to Rehab? I didn't get to that energy course, I took the one on bonding pools and grounding electrical systems.
