Most modern mobile homes are certified by attaching an approval lable. For a lot of years there was no inspection of mobile homes. the years revealed that some of these mobile homes were not made all that well nor wired to the code. Now any mobile home that does not have a lable needs to be inspected before it can be reconnected and apparently resold too.
