Before I would want to submit anything like that, I'd want to research all safety aspects of that myself. And I don't feel that the info I have so far is enough to be confident that it is safe. That and at least some cable does exist for such a purpose, it's probably not any real economic gain, at least for the uncertain safety aspects. I'm sure the code review process would dismiss it if there are any doubts at all. But if I were to do this, I'd want to be sure my proposal would be on target. With only 2 days left (as of this posting), I'll pass on it.
