Usually you get a message about the problem. A debug, or anything. That's sort of a feedback, which can give you advice about the problem.

I also have this window each time I close the Outlook, and I found out it is of Winfax, something was deleted of it and it is connected to outlook.

But to remove and reinstall winfax is one day and I ain't no time-millioner (if I was, I would chat with you. [Linked Image] ).
