Removing Old Applications - 01/09/05 10:12 AM
Since I've moved away from IE6, I'd like to get rid of it.
But Windas XP tells me that I can't.
It says that there is another application using it and I should close that application first.
Go and do that and you are met with the Windas 'plorer window telling you that there is an error.
How do you get rid of these nasty app's if you don't need them any more?.
Firefox works perfectly for me and has no- where near the same memory load as IE6.
One thing that really kills me about Windas, is the use of the word "may".
And Poof! you're back to the Desktop, from where you came from.
Bugger!.
