Could anyone please clarify that whether MCTs (multi cable transits) are allowed in Div.1 areas?

If you mean a Cable Tray System. A unit or assembly of units or sections and associated fittings forming a structural system used to securely fasten or support cables and raceways.

See the NEC Article 318 or 392 under Uses Permitted.

Cable trays in hazardous (classified) locations shall contain only the cable types permitted in 501.4, 502.4, 503.3, 504.20, and 505.15.
