Sorry guys....I didnt know Union VS. Non Union was such a hot topic. Well, I sort of did....but I guess this isnt the place to discuss it.

So let me pose it another way....and I dont think this question will cause any conflict. [Linked Image]
What would be some tidbits of advice that you would give to someone who wants to start a career in this business? (PS. I don't mean starting a business....just practical advice.)

I too didn't think it would be a big deal, but in respect to the moderators...
