Yesterday I looked at a building that was being remodeled in a WV city that has electrical inspectors.The new service was hot so it was inspected .With casual observation I found the following NEC violations.
1.BX with no antishort bushings
2.Bonding screw installed in panel beond disconnect.
3.No equipment ground bus in panel.
4.No cold water ground.
5.10'of greenfield in 2" conduit run to new panel with no bonding around greenfield.
6.Equipment grounds tied to neutral.
7.Equipment ground conductor from outside service disconnect is under the neutral lug in the panel.
8.Feeder to rental unit supplied from panel in main building.
9.No bonding bushings on 2"conduit feeding new panel.
It is nice to live in a state that qualified electrical inspectors.
