A while back Bill asked about swimming pools in old code books. I looked last night and there was nothing in 1959 or earlier codes. I do not have a 1962 code book but I did find swimming pools in 1965. If any body has a 1962 code book they would like to sell give me an e-mail.

Swimming pools (Article 680) was indeed new in 1962.

Sorry, I only have one copy of the '62 NEC, and I don't want to give it up.

I will try to keep an eye out for another one, though.

Old NECs turn up on eBay sometimes. I picked up a 1971 copy on there, and just missed getting a '62.
