Does this section cover both High & low resistance grounding in this voltage bracket. I take it it does.

IIRC yes it do but I did not get a chance to read the most recent change on that part so if it was unchanged from 2005 then it is correct.

Was 480 to 1000 volts not 100 volts oops!
