Don't bulletins usually find their way into the next edition of the code book, thus making it BC electrical code?

Bullitens for the 2002 code were rescinded and replaced by several directives. They are no longer available at Crown Publications.
The new boss prefers to use directives which have the sam authority as a code change and defacto make them BC code.
Bullitens were interpretations and not actual code but of course could be enforced as code. Directives are code.
Some things have not been adopted as directives. Sorry No time to find the web page for directives and they are trick to find.
