We've already discussed the GC, and his role in makig a job "go."

Now- how do we make sure, before we do the work, that we're going to get paid? How do we 'research' the owner?

Contact your local Inspectors, they for the most part know who is who, and have already talked to most other contractors in the area.

BBB is good sometimes, however not all GC belong to it.


Other EC can help you out, asking around is always a good thing.
