Does anyone have a list for what they include in there overhead costs? I know I am missing more than a few when I tally everything up. How do you break everything up on your P&L sheets(how detailed do you get with it)?
here goes cell phone pager internet service land line phone p.o.box uniforms or laundry disposable goods( ie batteries light bulbs) education material work clothes (got to keep them like new) personal grooming vechile insurance bussiness insurance licensing fees fuel vechile maintenance waste removal advcertising storge space power tool replacement hand tool replacement office supplies(ie pens paper ink toner) health insurance rent or mortage food PERSONAL SALARY

Seems I actually have most of them. I include maintenance costs for my truck by figuring a cost per mile. Covers fuel, tires, service, and maintenance. The depreciaiton is a tax right off and at some point you can sell it. So how would you include replacement costs?
