Sounds pretty serious.
With the account given by the guy from the YMCA, the worker is lucky to be alive, judging by the severity of the explosion.
However, I fail to see how the worker contacting a power line would cause such a violent explosion?, maybe I'm having a bit of a blonde moment. [Linked Image]
