This post contains Voltage Boosting Transformer Connections for Single Phase 2 wire applications.

Transformers are normal Isolated Power Transformers with Split Primary and Secondary coils.

To make these Transformers "Voltage Bucking" ( Voltage Reducing), simply swap Input and Output connections.

Schematics set #1; 120 VAC in, 132 VAC out 1 phase 2 wire:

FYI - Any combination of Input and output voltages may be derived from these setups by applying the basic connections per windings shown here.
Examples:
Primaries set for 120 VAC, Secondaries set for 24 VAC - 120 VAC in, 144 VAC out,
Primaries set for 240 VAC, Secondaries set for 12 VAC - 240 VAC in, 252 VAC out.
