What's that issue again --- taping around receptacles? What about this terrible mess I found on the side of a commercial building near the phone booths.
I always did use tape anyway to give some additional safety when someone could come into contact with those live terminals!
Yes, this was alive or energized, however you want to say it --- an accident waiting to happen!!
your right joe, not to mention a lawsuit by the victim. looks like someone would fix this.i wouldn't let that be around where i had a store or other things.
