I looks like some form of LV wiring is sharing those conduits. This alone is not allowed!

The 2x4 certainly doesn't belong in there.
It looks like the cover on the "LR" conduit body couldn't be removed.
Unused openings in box aren't sealed.
Sorry, Gus, but I must disagree with you. All the conductors appear to be THWN, 600V rated, and may occupy the same raceways or enclosures (see 300.3(C)(1))...S
