Found this while browsing eBay. It's a 1971 Latvian telephone directory, but the image of the ad caught my eye.

At first I thought it was a general ad for electricity, but looking more closely I think it might just be for a radio:

The first part of each of the two sets of white wording says Radio but I have no idea what the following Rozetki and Rozetkami mean.

Can anyone with better knowledge of Russian than my extremely limited few words translate any more of this?

Rozetka is a socket, komnata means room and kvartira is a flat if my memory serves me. Something along the lines of "In every room of your flat" maybe?

Maybe an old wire radio system? Sweden had a wire radio system. The government felt it was a great idea as the citizen then couldn't listen to foreign channels that might critize it...

(The fact that the phone book for the Latvian capital Riga was in Russian couldn't have been lost on the Latvians. Latvian is written in the latin script.)
