This loop will be served from two utility substations. Each service point will be from a segment on the opposite side of the circle. Each junction point will be connected by a 10 kV switch. Two of these will be NC and two will be NO. This will enable the Arena to be served from both directions unless one service is not available or a segment has a problem. Each of the four main transformers will be served by two 10 kV switches. Each of the transformer switches will be connected around a segment switch. One of the two transformer switches will be NO and the other NC.
