OK, not quite Electrical Theory and Applications, but this post is better suited here than the general discussion area. I'm taking an IPC class on "Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies." I believe there are 5 certificates for the 5 different modules, but I could be wrong. Does anyone here know anything about the ...001 certification; specifically, are there many jobs out there anymore where all you need to know (or, i should say, only need to be certified in) is soldering? And what kinda pay it is? I'll be doing my own research ino this, but would still like input here if anyone has it.
