Looks like the indoor version of Joe's rooftop air conditioners. Bet there isn't enough working clearance for at least one of these.

These units were put in at the same time by the same people. I would've thought they would have made it easier on themselves.
This, by the way, was in the attic of a almost $1 million home. The units were just replaced.
Our utility is somehow contracting out work themselves or somehow it can go through them, I'm not sure how it works, but I believe this was done by them. Does that happen elsewhere?
