That pipe needs to be grounded with an approved ground clamp. Section 666.13(H) "All water pipes running thru boxes shall be grounded to the EGC with an approved ground clamp"... [Linked Image]

That last picture shows that the EMT does not terminate in the box; therefore, it counts as one conduit and not two.
