That pipe needs to be grounded with an approved ground clamp. Section 666.13(H) "All water pipes running thru boxes shall be grounded to the EGC with an approved ground clamp"...

That last picture shows that the EMT does not terminate in the box; therefore, it counts as one conduit and not two.
