Is anyone interested in hearing how some of the rules were added to the code and why?

Please do so, Joe. Even us oldsters don't always remember the "why!"

Pray tell...

Joe:
Please do. I've always thought that WHY something is done (or not done) is every bit as important as simply saying "Do this/don't do this".

I don't use 90.4 very often, but isn't impossible to come up with an equivalent if you don't know the true purpose? Please Joe, do tell. Thanks in advance!
