That's what I was getting at, since it is installed over a 2 gang device box.

most have a cu. in. marking, not sure if it's mandatory...i thought 'silent' meant box fill vs. yolk devicing...

NRTL's?, well....IMO an NRTL sticker is not a mark of quality, our trade simply sees it as releasing them from liability.
This is an example of junk allowed on the market.
(my crack alluded to them on drugs..)
Fed. Pac. is another example...
IC/Non-IC cans, another...
I've talked to a few electricians whose AHJ's are 'breaking the sticker barrier',
shooting down 'listed' materials.
