Hello, my name is Michael, I from Russia.
I want to receive the certificate 309A or 442A to work in Canada as the electrician. In Russia I have finished college (4 years) on a speciality "network and system Power plants" specialization "Operation of electroinstallations" (5784 hours) and in the same place there has passed retraining on a speciality "Installation, adjustment and operation of an electric equipment of the industrial enterprises and civil buildings" (420 hours). I worked as the electrician 2,5 years. What I need to make to receive the certificate?
Hi Michael

What you describe sounds like you would be wanting Info from Ontario .
I think each province may have their procedure for certifying your qualifications /credentials
If you need information regarding credential evaluation you can contact Wendy at Kamloops Immigrant Services. The website is at http://www.immigrantservices.ca/ourstaff.html

Hi Misha! In Canada all you diplomas 97% is good for nothing.Your future boss need to obtain LMO for you,and this a big problem know, federals short by 20% all foreign workers visas.I am electrical contractor in Canada ,NB. Former USSR electrician. Service@doelco.ca. Andrey
