Thats a real piece of work Doug. Looks almost as bad as the service I am looking at now. About 1300 square foot house with 4 sub panels plus the main panel(which is old FPE). No drip loop on the entrace conductors, the rubber tape has come off line 1 connection exposing it completely, about 10feet of clearance between overhead conductors and grade, and gas meter is about one foot from the electrical meter. Oh, and one of the sub panels is 120/240 but fed with a #6 2 conductor, meaning bare ground is used as neutral. It seemed everything I looked at was a disaster.
