Not sure of the term Foreman it,s not used much around here.In Windsor as far as the Machine build sector the Leaders and Lead-hands which are Union make $22-26 an hour plus benefits. Some Controls guys can make $75 an hour when they get shipped with a machine build to Detroit. Non Union supervisors get around $30.
The prize jobs are at the big three where regular Line Electricians make around $36 with the very best benefits and Foreman make $40.Ford will only hire 442a.Gm will hire either 309 or 442a and DC only wants 309
In the hospitals a lead electrician makes around $24 with good benefits and pension.
Most contractors for both 309 construction maintenance and 442a Industrial don't have a pension but pay around $30 with benefits but you make your own deal for your wage.
I would imagine in Toronto wages would be much higher just to meet the cost of living?
