Jan 1 to this week I earned my overhead for the year. Considering last year was a loss I take this as a really good sign. My accountant said I should be covering my overhead by June . I'm doing the best I can.

The accountant is part of the "overhead." Have you asked him if you will meet your goals sooner- if he reduces his rates? [Linked Image]

What sort of overhead do you have? How many employees , buildings etc

I'm sole employee. Home office, truck is paid for. Overhead is salary, benefits, retirement, fuel, maintenance, postage, insurance, bonds, advertising, accountant, lawyer...you know the list. It's probably the same list as 95% of the ECs in the phone book, with the exception of retirement benefits and advertising.

So you will have about four months of profit. If thats what your saying then yeah I think thats good in my opinion.
