Where do I find a Chart giving full load amps for 4160 volt mtrs. from say 100hp to 1000 hp???

For 4000V motors [usual nameplate for motors used in 4160V systems] you could use 58% of the 2300V column currents in NEC Table 430-150 3ø Motor Full-Load Current (60-500hp.) Or, using the kVA/hp equivalent, a 100hp 4kV motor would be about 14½ amps and a 1,000hp motor would be ~144 amps.

I've always used .14 times Hp. But wondered if theres a chart I could get awhole of.
