Is anyone else missing the Notes to this table in their book? I don't even show the notes in my errata page.

My NEC has 3 notes.

BTW,
Look at the bottom of the inside cover of your NEC. If the number furthest to the right is a 1, (mine is a 2) you have the first printing.
