I am looking for information concerning the location of a large transformer that is under a window near the first floor of a nine story building.

The problem is with the noise and constant humming and the distance from the building.
The transformer is located in-between two buildings.

Anything from EPA?

How close to the building?
What sized transformer?
Is it oil filled?
How old is it?
And many other questions.

WARREN1:

The transformer is 750 kVA, and the oil is non PCB. I was told it was "regular transformer oil". The hum is very loud!
