A bug problem exists in a commercial office building. In particular
ABOVE a suspended ceiling. The owner had an individual install a
somewhat large cord and plug connected "bug killer unit" above
suspended ceiling. The receptacle is also located above suspended
ceiling. My only question....is it legal?

What variety of wee-beastie is found above a drop cieling ?
I am reminded of the time on a convience store service call when i reached up into a drop cieling right onto the live secondary of a neon-sign t-former.
Is not a bug-zapper the same type of animal electrically? Would not part P or Q of 410 apply?
