O.K. next question, I have a 110/208 volt sw gear with 2 sections, feeding out to 6 closets are 2 sets of 400 amp feeders, paralleled, (fed underground), if I want to keep a good pattern in my riser bank I may have to utilize two conduits in different sections of gear, they come out of the ground about 4 ft apart, as long as I keep the conductors together out of each conduit does this comply with 300-20?

You didn't say if these were metal raceways but if you keep the conductor sets grouped it really doesn't make any difference. Keep all the conductors from each circuit in one pipe. Where you have parallel sets, keep each set together (A/B/C/N in one pipe A/B/C/N from the parallel set in another pipe)
All of the "Goes Outtas" have to balance all of the "Goes Innas"

Sorrry, raceways are PVC underground with a change over to rigid coming through the slab. Thanks for the reply, makes sense.
