What is the maximum height that a service panel (main cm panel)in a home can be?

I "seem" to remember (the second thing to go) that it is 6' with an exception that lets you go to 6.5'.

Am I having a "senior moment" or is it out there and I just can't find it?

A reference would certainly be great.

404.8 Accessibility and Grouping.
(A) Location. All switches and circuit breakers used as switches shall be located so that they may be operated from a readily accessible place. They shall be installed so that the center of the grip of the operating handle of the switch or circuit breaker, when in its highest position, is not more than 2.0 m (6 ft 7 in.) above the floor or working platform.

Now the only question becomes is the highest breaker in the panel being used as a switch.

It is if it's the main service disconnect, meant to be manually operated.
