Can somene help me with locating the Section number in the '02 NEC that says that an optional Ground Rod at a light pole for instance, does not need to meet the <25 ohms called for like it is for a System Grounding Electrode? I know it's there somewhere but I can't find it.

250.54 Supplementary Grounding Electrodes.

Thanks Don. I thought I was losing it because I couldn't find that code reference.
