shocked Well, try this sort of thing in the USA, and we'd soon see if OSHA has a SWAT team. It makes you wonder what those guys could accomplish if they had proper equipment.

Interesting that this is an actual power-line (judging by the Stock-bridge dampers on the line next to the pole).
These guys obviously have a LOT of faith in thier insulator bindings.
What a strange way of stringing new wires!.

Makes you wonder how they got the top strand up there and why they didn't string the extra rope then. Of course this may all be their way of covering up that error without having to order a bigger crane. (there is one in the shot)

Wanna bet a few would be copper thieves are getting a few deadly ideas planted in their heads and may even try to shimmy up and steal a little pole-top copper?

That would be "pole top aluminum" around here. It would be easier to just steal someone's car port.
