Today is a bad day.

Today I learned a 24 year old co-worker will never make it home from work.

His wife will never hold him again.

His Parents will never speak to him again.

His unborn child will never know their Daddy.

I did not personally know him, still I find it tough to comprehend.

The details of the accident are not important, but I say to all..be careful at work, what we do can kill us.

Bob,

I too express my heartfelt condolences to you and your co-workers family.

Every trade has its hazards, and it is up to each of us to stay alert and aware of what we are doing. Safety is first, always.

With best wishes,

Tony

Bob,
Sorry to hear about that.
This happens all too often.
24 is far too young to leave this world,
life ain't even begun yet at that age. [Linked Image]
We heard about this last nite at code class. My heart goes out to your former coworker and his family. 24 is way too young to leave this world. Every time i hear of these things its makes me just a little more careful and to take the extra minute to be sure im safe.

To be honest Bob, the details of the accident are important.
In so much as it could prevent a thing like this happening again.
Other side of the coin, don't give out priveliged(sp??) information, if it could jeopardise any investigation.

Mike I can certainly agree with you point of education.

Perhaps I should have said 'right now' the details are unimportant.

On that day and even now I am still just thinking of this young man and his 8 month pregnant wife.

Perhaps down the road I will be able to say more but I really don't know.

Bob
