I don't run any outfits, I'm a small fish in a big union company.

6 service trucks/24hr commercial service
10 people in the office
70-100 construction site electricians and apprentices
2 truck drivers

I am one of the service guys- we're on call for one week at a time every five weeks. My turn is this friday at noon [Linked Image]

I also wear 32" !!

6-1, 230#, Size 38

Not trying to be nosey, just trying to get a feel for who is in this community. As many of you may already know while networking is a good practice, but opening your mouth in the local construction industry may not work like you think it should. Presently anything I say to my peers or employees is used against me, some way; some how they are really are quite clever about it. I don’t dare talk about some issues with my competitors.

Shop: Union
Electricians: 80
Work: Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional
Contracts: Service all the way up.

I tell people I need a size "short, fat" (42/30). We won't discuss my height & weight ... let's just say I'm not 30 lbs overweight, I'm 4" underheight.

Right now I'm currently working for a small contractor. We have 4 employees, 2 vans on the road. 3 full-time workers, and 1 part-time. Two mechanics, and two helpers. I have 16 years experience, the other mechanic has 22. Both helpers are working in their first year in the field. I wear a size 38 waist, 32 length, and XX thermal work jacket thank you very much.
