Yep, they do, but much harder to find. There are some for theatrical, and event use. I had to get one a while back. (Cant remember where... A company in Vegas? They made a nice one.) Otherwise, you could make your own..... (Depending on what the final use is - your own, or for sale, if for sale you might want to shift the liability.)

Take a look at what is out there though.... I can see a few things that could be done better than this....

These guys might have it, or they (I believe) custom-build. Lex Products

I know Hubbell makes spider boxes also. But, if you just Google "spider boxes" you'll find more manufacturers and also rental outfits. I don't know if all the brands are U.L.

Ya know, not thinking "Spider boxes" would produce a good google.... Seemed like a phrase that might get all kinds of wierd items. (Thought I'd give it a letsy) And third shot down, gave this result. http://www.laserfx.com/Backstage.LaserFX.com/Systems/Support2.html
It's a winner for the violation forum, get a good look at the schematic and instructions for taking two different phases via two different 5-15p's! (Although it seems this was written for a Euro audiance, I don't think it kosher there either.)

However, I got this.... Now we're talking! Look at this beast!

Found here , but note, most all of these items are cobbled together items tossed on a frame to be moved easily. But seem well made over the internet...... [Linked Image]

Check out Erickson Products. http://www.ericson.com/products/subcategory.asp?id=5 Heavy duty stuff. And they can customize it for you. We purchased a couple of 3R 75kva 480 volt distro's for temporary outdoor events. A bit pricey though.

Blessings,
